Delayed Gratification

“Do today what other are not willing to so tomorrow you can do what others cannot.”

This quote is a great quote for when you are tired or have other excuses. Hard work does pay off in the long run but you have to be will do put the time and effort into it. This is applied to every aspect of your life, not just fitness and nutrition. Yes, things will be tough, yes you will want to quit, yes you will think cannot do it but keep at it.  You only fail if you quit otherwise it is simply a new learning experience. Why did you start in the first place? What is your driving motivator for achieving your goals? Without constantly keeping these in mind you will loose focus and that is not a good thing. Focus, work hard and do what others are not willing to do so you can then do what they cannot.
