Yes, we offer a freeze policy for members in good standing. Freeze requests require at least 10 days' notice and are subject to specific limits based on your membership term:

• 3-month membership: 1 week freeze

• 6-month membership: 2 weeks freeze

• 12-month membership: 4 weeks freeze

You may cancel your membership under certain conditions. The conditions are as follows:

Within 3 days of signing your agreement, upon proof of disability or death, or if Mastin Fitness closes. Early termination is available for a fee of half the remaining balance on your agreement.

Progress requires consistency and commitment. Follow your program as designed, including workouts, cardio, and nutrition. We reassess every 4–6 weeks to ensure your program evolves with your needs. If you're still unsatisfied, our satisfaction guarantee may apply.

All sessions are pre-paid, and payments are non-refundable. If a payment is denied, a $25 service charge applies. Late payments may lead to suspension or termination of your agreement.
